4 Benefits of Dance! Have you wondered what the benefit of dance would be for you or your child? Here are the top four reasons we highly encourage (yes we’re biased, but they are still facts!) dance classes.

  • Dancing can help to express an idea or emotion. Having a hard time emotionally? Try out a dance class! Not only does music portray an emotion, the dance moves do too.
  • Attending a dance or tumbling class can help release energy. Especially helpful for those energetic littles!
  • Dance and technique help with muscular strength and flexibility. Have you ever heard of NFL players taking ballet classes? This is why!!
  • Dancing can improve your emotional health, as stated above, but also physical health! Class starts with a warm up, we stretch, followed by technique, we learn choreography, etc. Getting your body moving for even 30+ minutes a day has proven to help immensely.
