Affirmations to Say With Your Dancer! We love positive affirmations at Maxwell Dance Studio! Our staff, on top of teaching dance, is dedicated to building our dancers up. We want them to feel supported, heard, and have self love.
Do you know how many benefits to affirmations there are? Our classes often end with repeating affirmations together. Sometimes, these affirmations are said mid class due to high emotions. We explain to our students that others give us compliments and tell us how great we are, but we truly need to tell ourselves also.
