Things to Know about our Dance Recital Venue
Things to Know about our Dance Recital Venue! The venue we’ve been using for our Maxwell Dance Studio dance recital is stunning! Mid Valley Performing Arts Center has been so wonderful to have us. A few things to know about the venue to prepare for the recital.
- First, it is SO beautiful!
- No One is allowed in the auditorium with the dancer during Rehearsal! Our priority is our dancers safety. There are too many things happening to have more bodies in the auditorium.
- Only 8 tickets are given per family for each show time.
- You can print or screenshot you tickets. We suggest both just in case!
- It is Handicap Accessible. There are specific seats available.
- When you arrive for recital, you walk in the main doors at the Northwest of the building.
- Your dancer needs to be checked in inside at the doors at the very Southeast of the lobby by One Parent.
- Classes are each assigned a dressing room backstage with chaperones to help.
- Quick changes (2+ classes/costumes in a single show), teachers and chaperones will help change in designated dressing rooms so you can stay in the auditorium and enjoy!
- If your dancer has classes in back to back shows, they will Stay Back Stage in between those two shows and be changed by teachers and chaperones.
If you have any questions at all, please ask! We will have many reminders and information coming your way too!
